We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shophellonutra.com. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
